Error Analysis
Students who receive less than an 80% on a test or quiz may take advantage of the Error Analysis process for credit.
RULES:

- You have one week from the return of the test / quiz / check to complete your error analysis.
- If you get above an 80% (a B) you must get permission to complete an error analysis.
- If you get a 60% or above, (a D or a C), you are encouraged to complete an error analysis.
- If you get 50% or below, (an F), you are required to complete an error analysis.

- Include your name, number, period & the title of the test / quiz / check on the Error Analysis Sheet (Email Ms. Prema for a pdf of this document).
- Write the number of the incorrect problem, the correct answer, and then explain why this is the correct answer.
