Q: What do I do if I can't get my touch to work?
A: There are a several trouble shooting options that you have.
- Make sure the USB cord is plugged into your computer.
- Make sure that the "PC Interactive" mode is chosen by clicking the picture of a laptop and mouse on the bottom corner of your screen.
- Make sure that you are plugged in to the correct cables for the interactive board.
- Restart your laptop.
- Restart your interactive board by turning the system off and on through the AURORA control panel on the wall.

Q: What do I do if I can't get an image and only have a Blue or Green Screen?
A: There are a several trouble shooting options that you have.
- Slowly, toggle between HDMI and VGA on your AURORA control panel on the wall.
- Restart your laptop.
- Restart your interactive board by turning the system off and on through the AURORA control panel on the wall.
- As a last resort (please do not use this often, as it may interfere with the overall operation of your system), use the "Source Search" button on your Epson remote control.

Q: What do I do if my system will not mirror?
A: There are a several trouble shooting options that you have.

Q: What do I do if I cannot get my sound to work?
A: There are a several trouble shooting options that you have.
- Make sure your laptop is plugged into the primary board, which is connected to the cords on the left side. In classrooms with podiums, make sure to plug into the cords with the blue tape.
- If you are using the VGA cord, be sure to plug in both the audio and video components of the cord.
- Try to unplug and replug the cords to see if the sound starts to work.
- Check your system preferences to make sure that the correct source, "Epson PJ" is selected.
- Turn up the sound on your teacher "tear drop" microphone by pressing the select button until the blue light is over the word "line". Then press the up or down arrows until you reach your desired volume.

Q: What do I do if my sound seems to go "in and out"?
A: This can happen when you are trying to play audio through the surround sound speakers, but your teacher microphone is still on. In order to keep a consistent volume for the audio playing through the speakers, you can either turn your teacher microphone off, or mute your teacher microphone by pressing the select button until the blue light is over the word "own", then press the "Mute" button once, quickly on the bottom of the teacher mic. You will notice that the blue light starts to flash. When you are ready to un-mute the teacher mic, press the "Mute" button once again, and the blue light will stop flashing.
Q: What do I do if I hear an "echo" coming out of my speakers?
A: Use your white Epson remote to make sure that the sound is turned all the way down to 0 on your projector. Then use your teacher "tear drop" microphone to turn your speakers up to the desired volume. In order to do this, press the select button until the blue light is over the word "line". Then press the up or down buttons to adjust the volume.
