General Guidelines:
Attendance & Participation
Full Engagement: All attendees are expected to participate fully and arrive promptly for all scheduled activities.
Health & Safety: To ensure the well-being of all haribhakto, please do not attend if you or anyone in your immediate household is ill with a contagious condition.
Reporting Illness: If you fall ill during the event, please immediately notify the Event Coordinators: Bipinbhai, Mihirbhai, or Yogeshbhai.
Rooming & Accommodations
Room Assignments: Rooms are shared by 3–4 people. Please note that rooms are assigned individually and not by family units.
Room Captains: One roommate will be designated as the Room Captain. They are responsible for coordinating with the Helpdesk to resolve any room-related issues.
Key Management: Room keys must be shared responsibly among all roommates.
Supervision: Minors must never be left unsupervised in guest rooms.
Common Courtesy
Climate Control: For the comfort of all roommates, please maintain room temperatures between 68°F and 72°F.
Water Usage: To ensure everyone has access to facilities, please limit shower time to under 10 minutes.
