Friday of Fall Break, October 12, 2018, the Mize High School baseball team traveled to Batson Children’s Hospital for a day of fun. The team brought coloring books, card games, board games, etc. They were able to toss the ball with some kids and help the others with ”build a patient” doll. They also gave each child a Bulldog Strong t-shirt. Afterward, they went to Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and had a fun meal at Jerry's. They ended the night traveling to Puckett to help support the football team in their victory over Puckett. We are so proud of these boys and coaches for going the extra mile to make someone's day better.
