Administration

I graduated from Henry County High School in 1991.  After high school, I attended Cumberland University and received my Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice in 1995 and later would get my Masters of Education degree from UT Martin.  I worked as an Investigator for several Law Enforcement Agencies over the next 21 years.  The last of which was the Smith County Sheriff’s Office.  In 2018, I was hired to teach the Criminal Justice program at Smith County High School.  After teaching that program for 5 years, I moved into Administration as an Assistant Principal.  I am married to Chasity Hackett Jenkins, a 1991 graduate from Smith County High School. I have 3 children (a daughter and 2 step-sons).  All three graduated from SCHS.  Bailey is a Navy Veteran, Wesley teaches Chemistry and coaches soccer at SCHS and Kiley is a student at Cumberland University.
