Class Overview
Students will build critical thinking and writing skills through a variety of complex texts that students will read over the course of this school year. We use Wit and Wisdom for our ELA curriculum and we will cover four different modules.
Welcome to 4th grade!
I am looking forward to being your child's 4th grade English Language Arts teacher this year! This will be my 5th year teaching 4th grade ELA, and my second year teaching at CES.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University.
My hobbies include all things outdoors! My family and I love going on camping trips, kayaking down the river, and hiking to waterfalls.
