I graduated from college in 2011 with a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University. 

This will be my 16th year in the classroom. 

I  spent my first 12 years of teaching in Texas where I taught grades 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.

Three years ago I moved to Tennessee and started teaching at Union Heights.

I have taught 1st grade my entire time at Union Heights prior to this year. I am so excited to be moving up to 4th grade and for the new adventure it brings! 

I have been with my amazing boyfriend, Bobbie, for seven and a half years. You can thank him for bringing me to Tennessee! ;)

Our blended family is made up of four incredible kids, Hadley, Ryker, Braelynn, and Cooper. 

At home I also have two fun loving dogs. Uzi, my 1 year old pit mix and Oreo, my 5  year old blue heeler.
