Welcome to Mrs. Audrey's 2nd grade class! This will be a year of growth, discovery, and learning! My classroom is a safe, encouraging space where asking questions is celebrated and mistakes are treated as step-by-step learning opportunities.
About me
My name is Audrey Holder, and I am starting my ninth year teaching. I have taught 4th grade, Pre-K, 3rd, and now I'm teaching 2nd at CES. Teaching has been a dream of mine since I was in 2nd grade. My 2nd grade teacher showed such love and compassion to me that I wanted to do that for the students I have.
I have lived in Smith County my whole life and went to school here. Then, I went to college at Vol State and Tennessee Tech. I graduated from there in 2018 with my Bachelor's Degree. In 2020 I got married to Dustin Holder. We have two kids together. They're our pride and joy! Brooks is 5 and going to Kindergarten! Lainey will be 2 years old in December.
