Meet Mrs. Blair!
My name is Alicia Blair, and I'm thrilled to be your child’s Pre-K teacher this year!
I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from MTSU and a master's degree in Instructional Leadership from TTU. This is my 21st year teaching pre-k at CES! My passion is teaching littles! These are my people! In our classroom, I'll create a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment where young learners can discover, build confidence, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically through hands-on exploration and play.
I live in Smith County with my husband Chris. We have two children, Gage (16) and Vega (10). We also have the cutest little cavapoo, Teddy!
When not at school, you can find me at the race track watching my husband and son drag race! If not at the track, I'm probably watching my daughter perform on stage or traveling to one of her cross country meets. I love traveling, cruising, camping and spending time with family!
I look forward to partnering with you and getting to know your little learner!
Meet Miss Mollee!
Hello! My name is Mollee Cleghorn. I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in education and I''m working towards TN state licensure. For the past few years, I've worked in the Pre-K setting with Mrs. Blair at CES and have loved every minute of it!
Together, we pour our whole hearts, experience, and training into the minds and lives of our students. Our goal is for the students to reach skill mastery across all learning domains and be prepared for Kindergarten. We achieve this goal through hands-on, play based learning. I enjoy working with children and count it a privilege to play a small role in helping students achieve academic success.
I look forward to the year and can’t wait to see how far your child will go!
