Class overview
The concepts learned in my class will not only apply to future choir and band students but also connect across other curricula and the every day world. Some of these concepts include singing, playing and learning about instruments, beat and rhythm, music theory, music history and also putting together a holiday program this winter!
Class rules:
Be safe- Work together independently and with groups in a safe manner. Appropriate talking volumes. Sit in your chairs appropriately.
Keep words and actions polite.
Be cooperative with the teacher and with each other.
Be responsible
Be Kind- Kindness is cool! Show proper kindness to your friends and teachers.
There are two kinds of students in my classroom: Tiggers and Eeyores. How are they identified? Tiggers come in with positive attitudes and they are ready for anything. Eeyores on the other hand, come to class in the opposite manner. I'm looking for Tiggers in my class.
