My name is Lacey Williams, and I am beginning my 20th year in education. I spent 16 years as a middle school mathematics teacher before transitioning into counseling, where I have served as a College and Career Advisor for the past three years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Middle School Education, a master's degree in Middle School Mathematics Education, and a master's degree in School Counseling.
My husband, Russell, and I have two daughters, Harper, age 15, and Hadley, age 13. Moving from the classroom into counseling has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career. While teaching allowed me to support students academically, my current role has given me the opportunity to assist students in many areas of their lives, including academic planning, college and career readiness, and personal growth. Helping students navigate their future goals and challenges has strengthened my passion for supporting their overall success and well-being.
