I am so excited to serve as the school counselor at New Middleton School and Gordonsville Elementary this year. With 16 years of experience teaching Pre-K and 6 years in Kindergarten, I have developed a deep passion for supporting young learners and their families during critical developmental years. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master's degree in Administration, an Educational Specialist degree in Administration, and a Master's degree in School Counseling, equipping me with comprehensive knowledge in both educational leadership and mental health support. I am committed to fostering a positive, inclusive school environment where every student can thrive academically and emotionally. Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and enjoy shopping with my teenage daughter. I look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to create meaningful growth and support throughout this school year.
