I'm a first-year mathematics PhD student at UC Davis. I graduated from Smith College in 2026 as a mathematics major and chemistry minor. My interests are broadly in algebraic combinatorics, representation theory, and graph theory. Specifically, my research uses graphs as a tool for solving problems in both pure mathematics and applications such as quantum computing, mathematical physics, and information security. I have been recognized as a 2025 Goldwater Scholar for my contributions as an undergraduate researcher.
Outside of math, I dabble in organic chemistry and am an avid pole vaulter. In undergrad, I was a four-year member and three-year captain of the Smith College Varsity Track and Field team. Additionally, as an Air Force brat, I have lived worldwide and love to travel. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, kayaking, and mountain biking.
