But... 6 and 10 are not Fibonacci numbers!

Never fear! One of the most common non-Fibonacci phyllotaxis patterns displays double Fibonacci numbers.  In this case, we have (6, 10) = 2 x (3, 5). This type of double Fibonacci pattern (also called bijugate) occurs fairly frequently in cacti.
