Mrs. Kennedy

I was born in Amsterdam, NY but moved to Fultonville my Kindergarten year. I went to Fonda Fultonville Central School and graduated in 1999. I attended Fulton Montgomery Community College where I received an Associates in General Education. I transferred to SUNY Oneonta to complete my bachelors in Childhood and Early Childhood Education. I completed my education at Saint Rose College with a Masters in Literacy.

I started substituting in the Amsterdam District school. In August 2007 I started working at Schenectady Community Action Program where I was a head teacher in a Universal Pre-Kindergarten classroom for 10 years. In September 2017 I was hired at St. Mary's Institute.

I have a wonderful husband, Nicholas who I have been married for 16 years. We have a beautiful 8 year old son, Zachary. If we are not working, you can find us playing outside, spending time with our family or playing games. A couple of months ago we have a new addition to my family. Her name is Sadie and she is 4 months old. She is the cutest dog in the world. She is a dachshund and chihuahua mix.
