Third class turned into crime scene investigators for Science Week and had an exciting workshop where they learned all about CSI and the world of forensics.
The pupils learned about DNA, fingerprints, footprints & fibres before entering their very own crime scene set up in the old hall. They taped off the area, identified and collected evidence and had to figure out which of the eight suspects was guilty of the theft. Pupils got a fantastic hands-on experience and learned how science can be used in a real world scenario. We may have some budding forensic scientists in Third and Fourth class!
