Welcome to the Kimpton Athletics Page! Here is where you can find updated team schedules, times, and scores.
Step 1: Complete FinalForms
Step 2: Indicate which athletic programs your student-athlete would like to compete in on FinalForms. (This will allow you to receive the initial communications from coaches and administration for this sport.)
Step 3: Turn in current Physical (within one year), unless one is already on file
Step 4: Pay attention to communications via FinalForms, and show up to practices/tryouts, so that you aren't removed from the team communication list.
Starting the '23-'24 school year, Kimpton will be transitioning to ParentSquare for all communication, even for its sports teams. Once rosters are set, ParentSquare is where you should expect to receive your communications; however, prior to that, FinalForms would be the primary communication tool outside of email.
Under no circumstance, will a coach use texting as a communication tool. Phone numbers will not be available for parents to have.
Home Games: $4 for Adults, $2 for students. All tickets are to be purchased via the Hometown Fan App.Â
Away Games: Prices will vary and is up to the host school; additionally, some will be free. Also, the way in which they accept payment will be different school to school.
To be Academically Eligible for athletics here at Kimpton, a student must pass the primary four courses (Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA), and have a 2.0 GPA or above in the previous quarter to the sport that they would like to play.
If your student has passed the primary four courses as stated above, but does not have a 2.0 GPA or above, that student may be enrolled in our Conditional Eligibility Program. That student will miss games, until their grades are satisfactory and they are performing well in the classroom. During this time, the student will also be attending tutoring sessions after school.
If your student does not have 2.0, and did not pass the four primary courses in the previous quarter, then the student will not have the privilege to participate in that sport.
