VOLUNTEERS are needed for backstage supervision help. Volunteers do not need a ticket to the show and WILL be able to step inside to see their dancer(s) during their specific dance(s). It is HIGHLY recommended to sign up to volunteer BEFORE purchasing tickets as ticket sales are final. VOLUNTEER TO HELP BACKSTAGE!
COSTUMES will be based around the class dress code, with some accessories supplied to each dancer. Please be sure your dancer has the proper dress code for each of their classes. A detailed list will be provided in an email as well as posted at the studio. Tights, leotards, and shoes can be purchased through the Studio M Dance Academy shop site or any dance store.
CONCERT POLICIES All students participating in the Winter Showcase must maintain regular attendance in their scheduled classes. Dry snacks and water are the only items allowed in backstage waiting areas. Performers (ages 6-12+) must remain in the dressing rooms or assigned backstage areas for the duration of the performance. WHEN ARE REHEARSALS? Students learn and rehearse dances during their regular class time.
WILL MY CHILD BE SAFE? Yes! Students check-in upon arrival and check out before they leave to go home. Each dressing room has chaperones.

DO WE HAVE OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASSES AT THE STUDIO DURING THE WEEK OF THE SHOW? Regular classes will be held.
