                             NATIVITY PROJECT

Dear Third Grade Families:

Third graders will make a Nativity Scene as an at-home project.  The Nativity MUST be made by the student, not purchased.  The Nativity must include Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus in a manger, and the stable.  Students may include the three Wise men, an angel, the animals, or any other Biblically correct additions.  The students may use a variety of materials to make their Nativity; all pieces must be created (no Legos, toys, food, etc.).  Be creative!  The projects are due Tuesday, December 9th.  Please make sure your child’s nativity scene is labeled with their name. They will be on display in the first floor hallway across from the library for all to enjoy. The projects will go home on Monday, December 15th for your family to enjoy.  This project will be graded for religion. Have fun!
