Meet Mrs. Maino

Hello and welcome to my webpage!  This is my second year at St. Mark's, but it is my 18th year teaching in a Catholic school.  I moved to the Wilmington area permanently in 2023 from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.  Prior to living in Atlanta, we lived in Richmond, Virginia; Greenville, SC; and Charleston, SC.  I have 3 children, Chris, Marie, and Anna.  Chris and Marie are grown and live in the Richmond area.  Anna is a Junior in high school and attends Coastal Christian High School. I have 4 grandchildren and I absolutely love my role as "Gigi" - especially when I get to spoil all of them!  My husband, Rob, retired from the corporate world and is now volunteering for paws4people, a non-profit that trains and places service dogs.  As a family, we enjoy watching sports (Go Yankees!), going for walks with our two dogs, TIDE and LUCILLE, and cooking together.  We are enjoying the Wilmington area and love exploring all there is in this wonderful city!
