Career planning is an important part of high school. Students should be considering what their strengths are and what types of employment interests them. Our goal is to help the students find a career that really interests them, highlights their strengths and matches their level of preparation.

Indiana Career Explorer - This state sponsored service is an excellent free source for career assessments. Every student will have an account on this website and the counselors will be guiding them through various activities each year. Students are encouraged to log in to their accounts often to take advantage of all the great resources!

Bureau of Labor Statistics Career Information Page- This is great page to explore all things career related. It is created specifically for high school students.
ASVAB - This test is a timed multi-aptitude test given by Military Entrance Processing Stations. Your score determines whether you are qualified to enlist in the U.S. Military. It will also determine how qualified you are for certain military occupational specialties and enlistment bonuses.
Road Trip Nation- This career exploration website is facilitated through the CollegeBoard. Once logged into your CollegeBoard account, students can take various interest inventories and follow the career journeys of people who share their interests.
Apprenticeships- Are you interested in becoming skilled in a particular trade after graduation? This website will give you more information on how to find an apprenticeship.
