Q. Today in Imagine Math, it would not proceed to the next question after we correctly or incorrectly answer the current question. It just did not have the next arrow button. There is only a pause button. I tried using both internet explorer and chrome. What do I do?
A. When this occurs the fix is to have the student either clear the browsing history of the browser or clear the cached app data on the tablet. Both should resolve the issue.
Q. Sometimes, we see the Owl (Galileo, assessment) when we logon to CLEVER . Do we use the Owl or the Robot?
A. Use the Robot, Ignore the Owl.
Q. I can successfully login to Clever and into Imagine Learning but when I click on the Language and Literacy tile (Robot) it fails to login. Instead it dumps me on Imagine Learning screen that asks for a site code. What should I try?
A. The issue is the accuracy of the time on the device the individual is using. If users experiencing the issue change their device time to EST and to the correct time, it should resolve the issue.

I am using a Chromebook but still can't log onto the site. What do I do?
Be sure you are using Google Chrome and nor Chromium. Chromium is included on the Chrome book and has a blue icon. Google Chrome is the colorful button. You must download and use Google Chrome to access the online learning sites.
