2024 Summer Conditioning begins on Monday, June 17

All players must have a current physical to participate.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00-9:45 am RUN then LIFT (ending 7/31)

LHS Camp Sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8 pm (ending 7/30 but not on July 4).

For "summer camp" conditioning players should bring their hockey equipment, plenty of water, running shoes, turf shoes and cleats to all sessions. Summer conditioning is optional and open to all athletes who plan to try out in August. Players should wear a reversible jersey to summer conditioning – ANY reversible jersey is fine and coaches will have extra LHS hockey ones for anyone to borrow each session.

Remember to bring your physical form and a copy of your insurance card.

Military families: note: If on Tricare, a parent may type a one paragraph statement that this is the case. Please include the parent’s name who is the primary insured, a phone number, and the child’s name. Then sign the statement. No social security number is required to be included. Otherwise, I believe there is a wallet-sized card that can be downloaded, which can be provided if you choose to do so.  Click here

Tryouts/Preseason begins: Wednesday, August 14. All players who plan to tryout must be present for all 3 days (Aug 14-16). The only excused exception to missing try-outs is an injury or illness. We will likely have our first team practice on the morning of Saturday, August 17. 

2023 Preseason Information:

Tryout Dates: Wednesday August 9 – Friday, August 11th.
