Winter Try-Outs:

YOU NEED TO UPLOAD YOUR MOST RECENT PHYSICAL TO FAMILYID BEFORE TRYOUTS. 

TO COVER THE BASES, FEEL FREE TO BRING US A PAPER COPY OF YOUR PHYSICAL AS WELL.

Saturday November 14th, 2026 & Monday November 16th, 2026

You must be present for BOTH days to be considered for the team.

Saturday 11/14:

Report to LHS at: TBD

A bus will take us to and from St. Mary's College of Maryland

You must be picked up from LHS no later than: TBD

Stretching, Warm-Up, Time Trials of Each Stroke (50 yds ea), Cool-Down, Stretching

Monday 11/16:

Students will report to the bus in the bus loop directly after school, no later than 2:50. The bus will be located on the tech center side, so students will need to use the sidewalk to walk around the front part of the bus loop, to then reach the bus for the team. Students can also meet in Coach Sarah's Room (C14) and walk together to the bus.

Stretching, Warm-Up, Basic Swim Sets (3), Cool-Down, Stretching

A list of those who made the team will be posted to the website by 8:00PM.

If your name is not on the list, then you will be notified via email.
