Clements Cuties 5K Event  - Leonardtown High School, March 21st, *Times bolded*

• Multiple Events!

• Poster Making

  • We will meet in Mr. Bloch's room to make posters advertising the event around the school

  • In order to earn event credit, you must be present for a full lunch(2 A lunches, 2 B lunches, or an A & B lunch)

  • Posters should follow our theme and be school appropriate!

• Set Up

  • To volunteer to set-up, you can pick EITHER Friday afternoon at 5:30PM-7:30PM or Saturday Morning at 7:00AM-8:00AM to receive 1 event credit. If you would like to sign up for both, you will receive 2 event credits.

• Clean Up

  • To volunteer to clean-up, you will need to be present on Saturday, March 21st and will receive 1 event credit.

• Working the Course

  • We will need people working the event:

  • Make sure runners stay on course

  • Manning the water stations and concessions

  • Timing the runners across the finish line

  • And throwing colors

  • Members can pick 1 of these options (as they all occur at the same time) and will receive 1 event credit for participating!

• Running(yes like actually running in a 5k!)

  • It will count at an event if you register and run the 5k on March 21st.

  • Race starts at 8:30 but you must show up to get your race bib 15 minutes early.
