To Tryout You Must: Register on FamilyID (by November 4th) & be academically eligible (2.0 or higher in the last marking period). Please make sure your physical is up to date and double check to see when it expires.
Pre Tryout Workouts:
For all athletes who aren’t yet in running shape, we’ll be offering conditioning sessions to help you prepare for tryouts!
November 4th-6th & November 10th-12th
These workouts are a great opportunity to build your endurance and get ready to perform your best at tryouts. Don’t miss it!
Tryouts: November 17-18th
Meet on the track, bring all of your school/clothes bags with you.
You must be present for all 2 days of tryouts.
Sprinters will have cut times resonable cut times.
Most meets are at the PG Sports & Learning Complex in Landover, MD
Not all athletes get to participate in the meets due to our limited number of entries.
There is no guarantee every athlete will get to participate in meets. We are limited in the number of athletes we can take on the bus and the number of entries in the meets.
55m, 300m, 500m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m,
