Is a partnership between the Forrest Center, Patuxent Partnership and NAWCAD
Is a paid Apprenticeship program
You will learn from mentors who are leaders in their field.
You will gain valuable transferable STEM and manufacturing skills.
You will earn High School Credit. You will be graded on your soft skills and this grade will be factored into your GPA.
Apprenticeships will take place during the school day. Depending on your program instructor’s recommendation, you may have the option to apprentice in lieu of your final Forrest Center year, or be required to attend your Forrest Center class and apprentice after.
Forrest Center program completers may participate and apprentice after your daily high school classes.
Available to Seniors
May lead to possible full-time employment after successful completion of the apprenticeship program.
