SENIORS, it is time for you to start celebrating your one and only senior year. Order your Graduation announcements, Senior Gear, and Cap & Gown unit during:
Senior Order Week: OCT. 6TH - Oct. 13TH

WAYS TO ORDER:
Order in school: FRIDAY, Oct. 10th outside the auditorium from 11 am-1 pm. Students may only go during lunch or at their early release time.

*Please note: your cap and gown unit does come with a tassel to be worn on graduation. Additional keepsake tassels can be purchased.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
-Senior apparel and keepsake items will ship directly to your home approx. 2 weeks after your order is placed.
Graduation Announcements, personalized paper items will be delivered at school in March.
Cap & Gown unit delivered at school in May.
Don’t delay, order during order week to ensure group pricing and the Custom Chopticon High School graduation announcement.

Date & Time: Saturday, May 16 | 6-10 p.m.
Location: Hayes Auction House - 38250 New Market Turner Rd, Mechanicsville, MD
Tickets are $50
Tickets must be purchased through GoFan or the School Bank. See Mrs. Eschenbrenner with questions!
Ticket Sales Timeline:
Thursday, April 16 - ticket sales begin for Seniors
Tuesday, April 21 - ticket sales begin for Juniors
Tuesday, April 21 - Paper Guest Forms for guests external to Chopticon available for pick up in the School Bank during Pride Time (must first fill out the Google Form with all guest information)
Tuesday, April 28 - ticket sales begin for approved guests*
Monday, May 4 - Last day to submit a Guest Request & pick up a paper Guest Form
Tuesday, May 5 - Guest Forms due no later than 2:45 p.m.
Friday, May 8 - School Bank ticket sales end at the end of Pride Time
Saturday, May 9 - GoFan ticket sales end at midnight
*Approved Guests: TWO-STEP PROCESS
Paper form for non-CHS guests (get from the School Bank AFTER completing the Google Form)
All Guest requests MUST go into the Google Form
9th and 10th grade Chopticon Students DO NOT need a paper form
Late Guest requests/forms will not be accepted for any reason
