2024 Fall Play – Romeo & Juliet

This adaptation of a tragic and classic tale of feuding families and star-crossed lovers will take place in modern-day Verona with many recognizable scenes and loveable characters featuring Hayden Long as Romeo and Mary-Kate Nepini as Juliet.

Summary –

Romeo and Juliet is a story about two young people who fall in love, but unfortunately, their families are enemies. Finding this out only brings their love closer together, so they secretly marry, hoping to end the feud. However, a series of misunderstandings and tragic events lead to both of them dying. Ultimately, their deaths provide peace and understanding between the once generational dispute.

With auditions at the beginning of the school year and daily after-school rehearsals since then, as well as a Saturday rehearsal where some of our actors were taught fight scenes for the show by former Bravehouse Alumni Colin Maher, Bravehouse has been working tremendously to put on a great show for everyone, and this will surely be a show you won’t want to miss, so make sure to get tickets, which are now available for purchase online at Chopticon High School Events and Tickets on GoFan.
