Work through steps 2-4 of National Wildlife Federation's (NWF) EcoSchool Program's 7 Step Framework. The purpose of this curriculum is to provide students with a variety of choices for environmentally-focused projects. The choices are grouped into categories that each have many examples and guides to use for successful and coherent project development. NWF's EcoSchool Program is well-funded, and externally updated and maintained.

Conduct an environmental audit. This provides a common starting point from which to develop projects, focused on the campus and its environment. Each pathway has its own audit.
