These student leaders help keep the band organized, positive, and successful. Leadership roles are a great way to grow as a musician and show responsibility—and they look great on your resume!

Section Leaders
Each Instrument section in Wind Ensemble will have one Section Leader.
This role is open only to Wind Ensemble members.
Responsibilities:
Be a positive role model in behavior, attitude, and musicianship
Help your section during rehearsals and performances
Help at concerts and band events when needed
Librarians
There will be one Librarian per ensemble:
1 for Wind Ensemble
1 for Symphonic Band
1 for Jazz Band
Responsibilities:
Help organize and pass out music for your band
Keep music folders and the library tidy
Help find missing music and let a director know if it needs replacing
You can apply for one or both positions
