- Set times for working, maintaining your physical and mental health and connecting socially every day. 30 minutes to an hour may be the length of time your child will be able to focus on any given activity.
- Go for walk
- Have a healthy snack
- Stretch
- Play outside (following physical distancing guidelines)

- Ask your child to pray grace before meals
- Make the bed
- Keep your room or workspace tidy
- Set the table

- Help to prepare meals and snacks

- FaceTime or meet virtually online with family and friends
- Read
- Be creative! use art supplies, make crafts or build with Lego.
- Watch an educational program
- Play or learn a musical instrument
- Listen to an audiobook
- Write a letter or a journal
- Puzzle books (word-searches, crossword puzzles, sudoku etc.)
- Explore virtual field trips
