BOOK A GUIDANCE APPOINTMENT

Timetable Changes in the first week of school: Guidance will call grades down during the school day starting on Wed. Sept 9th. Please listen for the announcements.  We will start with Grade 12.  Please be patient. 

 There will be NO TIMETABLE CHANGES on the fist day of school.  

⚠️You MUST be in FULL UNIFORM for your appointment. Counsellors will NOT meet with you if you are out of uniform. 

Please follow the instructions below on how to book an appointment:

1. Click on the counsellor's name and it will link to their CALENDAR.   

2. Click on the day you would like your appointment. 

3. Choose a time slot.  Make sure your FIRST AND LAST NAME is showing.  PRESS SAVE.

4. You will receive AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION to remind you of the appointment.  Your teacher will also receive an email to let them know you have an appointment during class.  

5. It is your responsibility to come to the guidance office for your appointment. Please let your teacher know you have an appointment.
