Tech Tips

1. Click the "gear" shape at the bottom right corner of the the video to open the settings menu.

2. Click the "quality" tab to open the quality settings menu.

3. Choose the highest quality setting for the video and play from the beginning.

Check the volume on your computer to ensure it is turned on and loud enough to hear.
Check the volume on YouTube to ensure it is turned on and loud enough to hear.
Check your connections to ensure either the speakers or projector are connected properly to your computer.
