Welcome to the English Learning Program for Grade X and Grade XI at SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.
This learning program is designed to help students develop their English skills in listening, speaking, reading, viewing, writing, and presenting. Through meaningful classroom activities, students are encouraged to communicate confidently, think critically, and use English in both academic and real-life contexts.
Throughout the program, students will explore various types of texts, expressions, discussions, presentations, and projects. Learning activities may include reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar practice, individual and group assignments, discussions, presentations, writing projects, quizzes, and assessments.
Students are expected to participate actively, express their ideas clearly, respond to different perspectives, and continuously improve their English proficiency.

About The Teacher

Hello, I’m Rohman Budi Santoso, S.Hum., also known as Mr. Budi, an English teacher at SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.
I believe that learning English is more than just understanding grammar and vocabulary. It is about building confidence, expressing ideas, communicating effectively, and exploring opportunities in an increasingly connected world.
As an educator, I strive to create an engaging, meaningful, and supportive learning environment where students can develop their English skills at their own pace.
