1. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability.
2. Is same-day booking allowed?
Yes, same-day bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
3. Can I book for more than one night?
Yes, you can. Simply select your preferred check-in and check-out dates on the booking form. Your total will be calculated based on the number of nights.
4. Is payment required before booking is confirmed?
Yes. A completed booking form plus full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund (Minus 10% management charges). For cancellations less than 24 hours, refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes, we offer special rates for extended stays. Kindly message us directly to discuss your preferred dates and get a tailored rate.
9. Can I host visitors during my stay?
Yes, light visitors are allowed during the day. However, overnight guests beyond the number booked are not permitted.
10. Is the apartment serviced?
Yes. Basic cleaning is done before check-in. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request.
11. What types of events can I host in your open space or hall?
Any form of event from conferences, trainings, mixers, parties, exhibitions etc.
12. What is the maximum capacity of your hall?
The capacity of our hall is a 100-seater capacity. Please contact us for more information.

We can provide recommendations for catering services or allow you to bring your own vendors.
14. How do I book a space?
You can book a space by contacting us through our website, phone, or email.
15. Can I book for the 3 spaces?
Yes, you can make booking for the 3 spaces.
16. Is there a discount if I book for the three spaces?
Yes up to 10% discount of you book 2 or all 3 spaces together.
17. What amenities are included in your short-let accommodations?
Our short-let accommodations come with amenities such as Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, and lounges.
