Trips & Activities Overview 

How to Access it

> On the Home screen, tap the Trip & Activities icon.

Stay informed about your child's upcoming school trips and activities with timely notifications and payment reminders. 

1.  Accessing Trip & Activity Notification

• Click on notifications or go to the "Trips and Activities" tab on the dashboard to view details like Start Date, End Date, Description, Price, Attachments, and Payment Due Date.

 2. Main Screen Overview

      View a list of all trips and activities, including their status. 

 3. Trip/Activity Statuses

• The Trips/Activities main screen lists all trips or activities for your child, along with their status (Active, Paid, Unpaid). 

• Active: Payment is still due.

• Paid: Payment is completed; access the Tax Invoice & Receipt in the Fees Payment section. 

• Unpaid: Payment missed; the student is excluded from the trip/activity. 

4. Trip/Activity Details

• Select "View Details" to view details, including dates, descriptions, prices, payment deadlines, and attachments. 

5. Participation Confirmation

• Parents can agree or disagree with their child’s participation. If you change your mind, update your choice to "Yes" before the payment deadline. 

6. Payment Confirmation

• After confirming participation, complete the payment by selecting a saved card or adding a new one. You can also choose to pay with Apple Pay.

كيفية الوصول إليه

> على الشاشة الرئيسية، انقر على أيقونة الرحلات والأنشطة.  

ابق على اطلاع على الرحلات المدرسية و الأنشطة القادمة لطفلك من خلال الإشعارات والتنبيهات الخاصة بالدفع. 

1. الوصول إلى إشعارات الرحلات والأنشطة

• انقر على الإشعارات أو انتقل إلى علامة التبويب "الرحلات والأنشطة" في الأقسام  للاطلاع على التفاصيل مثل تاريخ البدء، تاريخ الانتهاء، الوصف، السعر، المرفقات، وتاريخ استحقاق الدفع. 

2. نظرة عامة على الشاشة الرئيسية

• عرض قائمة بجميع الرحلات والأنشطة، بما في ذلك حالتها. 

3. حالات الرحلات/الأنشطة 

• عرض الشاشة الرئيسية للرحلات/الأنشطة جميع الرحلات أو الأنشطة المتعلقة بطفلك، مع توضيح حالتها (نشط، مدفوع، غير مدفوع). 

• نشط: لم يتم دفع الرسوم بعد.

• مدفوع: تم دفع الرسوم؛ يمكنك الوصول إلى الفاتورة والإيصال في قسم دفع الرسوم. 

• غير مدفوع: تم تجاوز موعد الدفع؛ سيتم استبعاد الطالب من الرحلة أو النشاط. 

4. تفاصيل الرحلات/الأنشطة  

• اختر "عرض التفاصيل" للاطلاع على المزيد من المعلومات، بما في ذلك التواريخ، الأوصاف، الأسعار، مواعيد الدفع، والمرفقات.  

5. تأكيد المشاركة  

• يمكن لولي الأمر الموافقة أو عدم الموافقة على مشاركة طفلهم. إذا غيرت رأيك، يمكنك تحديث اختيارك إلى "نعم" قبل موعد استحقاق الدفع.  

6. تأكيد الدفع  

• بعد تأكيد المشاركة، أكمل عملية الدفع عن طريق اختيار بطاقة محفوظة أو إضافة بطاقة جديدة. يمكنك أيضًا اختيار الدفع باستخدام Apple Pay.
