The project, officially approved and funded by Wollega University, marks a significant step forward for our team’s efforts in Patient Opinion Mining. This support enables us to advance the development of a robust machine learning model designed to analyze and interpret patient feedback and sentiment data. The core objective is to build a system capable of extracting actionable insights from unstructured textual feedback, such as online reviews and survey responses, to assess levels of service satisfaction across the healthcare system. Through iterative model training, validation, and evaluation, we aim to identify critical pain points and opportunities for service improvement. Ultimately, this model-driven approach will contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery by aligning services more closely with patient needs and expectations.
