Poster size: A1

Participants are required to bring a printed copy of the poster along with them.

All posters presented at the conference will be published in the SPIE Digital Library

A sample poster template has been given below. You can design it according to your preference. 

Slide Preparation Guidelines:

• • Only a single PowerPoint slide is allowed for presentation.

  • Major animation changes and slide transitions are not allowed.

  • Animations explaining mechanisms within a figure are permitted.

Presentation Guidelines:

• • The presentation will be strictly timed for 3 minutes.

• Theme: Women in Optics

• The poster can be designed using any software. The file format should be in jpeg format and the file size should be within 10 MB

• Submissions must be uploaded through the Google form circulated for the logo submission contest. 

• The last date for submission of logos is on or before September 30, 2023. 

• Prizes for the selected logos will be distributed during the WOPI event.
