Pavan K Bhukya
Mr. Pavan Kumar Bhukya is a Prime Minister Research Fellowship scholar at the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India. Mr. Bhukya obtained his B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur in 2019. Later, he joined IIT Madras for a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, but afterwards, he upgraded to Ph.D. programme in the same domain.
Mr. Bhukya's research interests include bio-chemo-hydro-mechanical modelling of microbially induced calcite precipitation process, thermo-hydro-chemo-mechanical modelling of deep geological systems, constitutive modelling of geomaterials and biocemented soils. Currently, Mr. Bhukya has five accepted journal publications and three conference publications.Â
