Information, Forms, & District Insurance

For the 2023-2024 School Year, all sports sign ups must be completed at www.athleticclearance.com before the first tryout or practice date.  If you have signed up on Homecampus in the past, do not create another Homecampus account. Just renew any information in your existing account as necessary and make sure you have checked the sports you are interested in.

 Furthermore, a current physical exam must be on file with the Athletic Department. Physicals are valid for 13 months.
