Upload a current physical that has wording such as "Unlimited Participation", the date, and physician signature.
Receive Golden Ticket
Receive Golden Ticket
Once completed, the Athletic Director will clear student-athlete to participate in our sports.
ELIGIBILITY
1) Be cleared to participate (Golden Ticket)
2) Maintain a 2.0 GPA
3) Stay in good standings with school policies
