Directions for Presenters

Here you will find the Poster Schematic organized by number and College/School. The schematic shows the number assignment for each student/group. The poster session runs from 3:00-5:00 PM. Students may set up their poster anytime between 1:00-3:00 PM after they stop by the Student Check-In. Easels, poster boards, and pins are provided. Poster boards can accommodate posters up to 36x48. Students are responsible for setting up and taking down their posters.
