If you would like to volunteer at a service site that has not already been approved by AED and is not currently one of the Continuous/Special Service Sites, please fill out the form below by the due date (November 28th, 2025, 11:59 pm). You must complete the form for your hours to count towards your AED service requirement. If it is pre-approved, you will receive an email from the Continuous Service VP. Attach a screenshot of that email when you complete your Service Form Submission at the end of the semester.
