Enrollment Demographics

The Mission Committee has created an infographic based on the SLU Enrollment Tableau dashboards available on MySLU. We want to raise awareness about the gender and racial gaps present in the Chaifetz Business School. The first page focuses on the sex distribution per department. Chaifetz Business School has an 18% gender gap, skewing male, yet there are many departments with much larger gender gaps. How does your department compare to others? Is this what you expected? The second page looks at the racial demographics of the business school. There is a 31% difference in the number of White students enrolled, compared to all other POC students. How can the business school focus on more diverse and inclusive recruitment and retainment?
