Mahogany L. Browne is a writer, poet, curator, and organizer based in Brooklyn, NY. She is the founder and Executive Director of JustMedia, a media literacy organization supporting the work of criminal justice leaders, organizers, and community members. A widely read poet and writer, Browne is the author of works like Chlorine Sky, Woke: A Young Poets Call to Justice, Woke Baby, and Black Girl Magic. She is the founder of the Woke Baby Book Fair and the first-ever Poet-in-Residence at New York's Lincoln Center.
