Mason is a first year student in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at SLU. He works under Dr. Michael Ross in the Sports Psychological Science and Consultation lab as a sports psych consultant and research aid. Mason is from Southern Utah, where he received his B.S. in psychology. Long-term, he aims to work as a sports psychologist aiding in athlete performance and well-being.
Elliott Hoffmann

Elliott is a Junior with a double major in Criminology/Criminal Justice and Psychology on the pre-law track. Elliott aims to eventually get his JD and his PhD in either Psychology or Criminal Justice. While psychology is a new venture for Elliott, he can't wait to explore more about it through research. This is his first semester in the BEAR lab, and he is looking forward to make a change on campus with this psychological research!

I am a junior pursuing a B.S. in Psychology. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing therapy to children with autism. My long-term goal is to become a clinical psychologist, where I can continue helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their well-being through research-informed and compassionate care.

Juan Del Toro

Juan Del Toro is a senior undergraduate student at Saint Louis University as well as a Registered Behavior Technician. With interests in both the field of Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis, Juan is eager to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology to conduct further research on nuerodevelopmental disorders.

Dr. Willoughby previously earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine, a master's degree in Academic Research (Psychology) at Humboldt State University, a doctoral degree in Applied-Experimental Psychology at SLU. Dr. Willoughby's academic career includes diverse areas of study. For the BEAR lab, she is delighted to bring her expertise in research methodology and interests in diversity methodologies used in psychological research, especially in the area of cognitive psychology, to applied settings.
