The 2018 Annual Conference of the Association of Academic Support Educators will bring together colleagues interested in legal education and academic support. In this collegial and collaborative environment, colleagues will have a change to meet, reconnect and share ideas about pedagogy, scholarship and professional growth.

Join us for a fun night of food, drinks, and fun on Monday night from 6-9 p.m. in the Palm Room at Flamingo Bowl. Flamingo Bowl is located in the heart of Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis and is about a 15 minute walk from the Hilton Ballpark hotel. We will have drinks and appetizers, and it will be a great place to visit with new and old friends and enjoy a game of bowling or pool. We will be there clear up until 9:00 p.m., so please stop by - even if your flight gets in later this evening!

The conference hotel is the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, located at 1 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby of the hotel and complimentary WiFi is included for those guests who utilized our room block. The hotel is a short 12-minute walk to the law school, passing by Kiener Plaza Park, CityGarden and the courthouse. Shuttles will be available between the hotel and the law school daily (see schedule below under Transportation) and will pick up outside the Walnut Street entrance of the hotel.

Airport: SLU Law is located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, just 20 minutes from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).
To and From the Airport: The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport, but ground transportation options, such as taxi (~$35), GO BEST Express Airport Shuttle ($22.50 with discount), shared ride (Uber or Lyft ~$30), rental cars, and MetroLink (light rail to 8th & Pine station - $3) are available. GO BEST Express Airport Shuttle is offering 10% off for reservations booked through May 20th using this link.
To and From SLU LAW: AASE will be providing shuttle service that will be revolving from the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark to SLU LAW during the following times:
- Tuesday, May 22nd: 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 23rd: 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, May 25th: 7:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Hilton outside of the Walnut Street Entrance.
Shared Rides: Uber and Lyft both service the St. Louis area.
