Elementary Application Procedure
New Pupils and Transferees:
REQUIREMENTS:
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate or its equivalent
Latest Report Card (Grades 1-6 Applicants)
ECCD (Grade 1 Applicants only)
Testing Fee: ₱350 (Kinder to Grade 6)
For Kindergarten: Children who were born June 2020 - October 2021
*Children born from November 2020 to December 2021 who completed an Early Childhood Care and
Development (ECCD) Program
A. Must undergo Application Process

Access the Application Link:
https://slu370.campus-erp.com/LESApplyOnline or Click "Apply Online" below.
Fill out all the fields accurately and upload ALL application requirements through the Application Site.
Please make sure that the documents uploaded are clear and not cropped.
Wait for the email confirmation to be presented to the Cashier's Office to pay the testing fee of ₱350 (Kinder to Grade 6).
Proceed to the Center for Counselling and Wellness Office for the written and reading assessment schedule.
The assessment result should be presented to the Registrar's Office for verification.
Pay the reservation fee of ₱1000 at the Cashier's Office.
ON-SITE APPLICATION
Kindly bring the photocopies of the requirements and proceed to the Registrar's Office on the right of the Gonzaga Heritage Building.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM)
B. Must take the Readiness Test.
