PBIS

As a school, we use the behavior management program Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Part of this program is our school expectation that students follow the Longhorn Way:

• Be Safe

• Be Respectful

• Be Responsible

• Be Christlike

Whole classes can earn Longhorn Bucks for following the Longhorn Way as a class. Once they reach a certain amount of Longhorn Bucks, they will earn a class party that they get to pick from a menu of options.

Individual students earn DOJO points for following The Longhorn Way each day.  These are awarded by teachers and staff.  On Wednesdays when students meet in heir HOUSE groups, they may choose to select items with their points.
